Britney Spears (No introductions needed here) doesn't want to pay $150 in fine. Isn't she rich? Why wont she pay a measly $150 fine. Ok here is the back ground. She was driving with out a licence her attorney argues she has a California licence and should be charged $10 fine. The argument went on to explain that she needs $140 to buy meds. The prosecution wants to fine her $150 and 1 yr probation.She wants to save $140.
